Wonky Log Cabin and Bargello Flag

Joann brought me a couple small quilts.

First is this Wonky Log cabin. How fun!

I custom quilted some feathers in the border and dark areas.

And filled in the light areas with pebbles and swirls.

Next was this neat Bargello American Flag. The top and bottom were left irregular, so I tacked it down with some stitching.

Stars and loops in the blue.

Biggy the Bee

I custom quilted Biggy and filled in the rest with swirls and flowers.

These were my Do.Good Stitches blocks from way back in January. I love blocks that make a secondary pattern. And that use scraps. 

 

RWB Jelly roll and a little applique

Donelle made this lovely jelly roll quilt in a variety of red, white and blue fabrics.

I quilted all over designs of flowers, swirls, and things in a light colored thread.

Ribbon candy and double circles in the borders.

I don't use a meander much, but sometimes it's the best option to get into itty bitty little corners and fill in a space.

Sparkle Punch

I love how the stars all interlock and nest together.

I quilted all over designs in a light colored thread.
