World Traveler Quilt

Jann made this original quilt design with lots of prints inspired by her travels.

I lightly custom quilted each row.

These European scenes are machine appliqued from a tea towel souvenir.

And then there's the Eiffel Tower. Jann had hand drawn and machine appliqued it on, and wanted me to quilt in some details into it.

I did my best with it.

The London guard section was also from a tea towel souvenir.
Thanks Jann for entrusting me with a fun challenge!

Joan's Flag and Lori Holt quilts

I have a couple more from Joan to share. First is this patriotic log cabin.

This is a small wallhanging, so I quilted a grassy border and an all-over of loops and stars in the center.

Next is this fun Lori Holt pattern.

A paisley feather border, and some light custom work in the blocks and sashing.

Thanks so much Joan!

Joan's Red and White Stars

Joan made this stunning red and white star quilt.

I used a red thread and quilted an all-over design with half-feathers, curls, and leaves.

Lovely job Joan!

Norene's Blue Checkerboard

Norene made this checkerboard quilt with alternating a blue solid, and blue prints.

I quilted it with straight line meandering, alternating directions. Figure 8's in the outside border.

So simple, and such great texture.

Thanks Norene!

Becki's Jems

Becki made this fun quilt.

I semi-custom quilted it by c2c the corner triangles, and filling the colored blocks with some swirls.

Nailed it!

I had to share this shot of the backing. Can you even tell where the seam is?? Becki matched it up so perfectly! I thought it deserved a little merit. Becki- you get a gold star for that one!

Thanks Becki!

Kathy's Pink Baby Quilt

Kathy made this sweet little pink baby quilt.

I quilted all-over designs of curls, hearts, and feathers.

A fun feather in the flannel border.

A look at the back.

Thanks Kathy!
