I custom quilted it with black curves and figure 8's in a variegated pastel thread.

Patty's T-shirt Quilt

Patty made this T-shirt quilt for her adult son as a surprise. I want to also add that her pattern does not have her use any fusible interfacing!  And... it turned out just fine- I just had to be mindful of not stretching the sides as I advanced the quilt.
