Katie made this red applique masterpiece.

Where to begin??

Well, put some feathers and fillers in the big border for starters.

And fillers in the background after a double outline of the applique.

I changed to red thread for the red parts.

The kids are out of school- they cancelled Thursday, Friday and Wednesday was an early out due to some snow, but mostly because of the chilling winds and blowing snow. Minus 12 it says currently. So we are hunkered down for the rest of the Christmas holiday.

Cindy's Dinosaur Quilt

Cindy made this adorable quilt with some fun dinosaur prints. The pattern is called 'Beaded' by Bella Rosa.

If you look closely, you can find some dinosaur footprints in the quilting.
