Paula's Red Batik Beauty

Paula made this batik beauty. 

I quilted all-over meandering feathers in a cream thread.

Mr. and Mrs. Quilt

Julie made this simple but very elegant quilt for a new bride and groom. 

An in-process shot of quilting the lattice.

I outlined the embroidered 'Mr. & Mrs.' and filled in with some feathered paisleys.

I picked a design for each fabric and repeated it as it came back down the line.

I altered the direction of the feathers and used a cream/brown variegated thread to really make it stand out.
