Bride's Garden--a raffle quilt

This quilt is called Bride's Garden and was made by my Mom and Janet for their church raffle.

There is actually a top and a bottom to this quilt if you look at the green leaves. So I made sure to keep my feathers going the right way.

I ended up doing the same petal design in all the curved pieces, but made each center 4-patch unique.

I did a fancy feather in the outer border, followed by big circles, and then a S-curve or half of a grassy feather in the brown border.

those little brown spaces were kind of awkward, so I just filled them in with some quick meandering.

I did use the same thread throughout the quilt. A light brown I think.

Whew! I hope it raises lots of funds!
