Linda made this neat little USA Flag themed table runner.
The first step was to quilt with navy thread the feather border and outline the yellow stars.
Next, in red, more feathers in the red log cabin blocks.
And finally, in cream thread, the undulating waves in the striped flags, and feathers in the logs.
Ta Daa! Plenty of thread changes for a little bitty project, but it's worth the little bit of extra effort to make the red, white and blue stand out.
