Kelsi had me quilt up this quilt back when I did her Purple one a few months ago. But I had to keep this one a secret! A secret from her extended family-her aunt especially- who is a friend of mine and reads the blog sometimes.
Can you guess what this pattern is?
It's Pac-Man! I quilted it with all-over paisley swirls, but added a few special touches here and there. Can you spot the cherries?
And a few pellets he missed.
At Kelsi's family Christmas a handmade quilt gets put into the gift exchange. It is very coveted and gets stolen several times before it ends up with the winner. There are special rules in place too, so that the same person/family doesn't end up with it each year.
Usually, it's her aunt who makes the quilt, but this time Kelsi made one as well as a surprise!
And here is a set of ghost eyes. Kelsi later appliqued Pac-Man and ghosts onto the quilt. I'd love to see how it turned out. Thanks Kelsi!
